SALINA – A 31-year-old Salina man has been charged with indecent solicitation of a child and electronic solicitation of a child.

Dromico Elam is alleged to have sent inappropriate and received inappropriate photos of a sexual nature with a teenage girl, between November 1st and January 24th. He also is alleged to have solicited sex from the teen.

Police were contacted by a friend of the girl, and began the investigation.

Elam was booked into the Saline County Jail Saturday night.
