HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Because of other events and commitments, the Salt City half marathon is in need of volunteers to help at race intersections during Saturday’s event. Listed below are volunteer positions and times that need filled.

Residents who live close to the intersections listed are asked to give an hour or so of their time.

One volunteer is needed at the following intersections:

· Carpenter & Main – 7:00 a.m. to 8:15 a.m.

· Old Farm Estates & Tyler – 7:45 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

· Heather Pkwy & Adair Ct – 7:45 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

· N Van Buren & Adair Cir – 7:45 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

· Carlton Rd & Curtis Dr – 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

· Kansas Ave & Maple St – 8:15 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

· Maple St & Robert St – 8:15 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

· Robert St & Elm St – 8:15 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

· E 29th Pkwy & 27th – 8:15 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

· Circle Dr & 27th Ave – 8:15 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

· 25th & Van Buren – 8:20 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

· 23rd & Van Buren – 8:20 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

· On Washington Street at the following intersections – 18th, 15th, 14th, 13th, 12th, & 10th – 8:20 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
