HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The Hutchinson High School Salthawks defeated the Great Bend High school Panthers 39-29 in Friday night’s game.

Hutchinson’s Jacob Cole scored eight points in the first quarter to bring the first points on the board.

Damien Vigil was a big role in the Salthawks’ game as he used the lane to his advantage.

The low scoring game came from the Panthers pressing the Salthawks in the last quarter.

Hutchinson finished off the night with a 10 point win over Great Bend 39-29.
