HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Police were at 23rd & Waldron Tuesday evening holding a seat belt check lane.

Officers wrote 27 adult citations, four citations for children ages 14 to 17 and four citations for children ages 4 to 13.

Two driver’s license violations and two registration violations were also written.
