Sedgwick County Official released some additional information concerning the body found north of Wichita on Monday.

At around 7:25 a-m, a passer-by found a body lying near the road at 8000 N. Oliver. The victim was identified as 23-year-old Deandre A. Freeman Jr. of Wichita. They did not release the cause of death.

Investigators are working the case as a homicide and are looking into the activities of the victim between September 27 and September 30. In addition, they’re looking for a 90’s model, Black Ford Probe.
