WICHITA – Sedgwick County Sheriff Officials are saying very little about a shooting in that county Wednesday afternoon.

At Around 1:20 p.m., deputies were sent to 125 East Nicole on a report of a shooting. When they arrived, they discovered a 55-year-old white male with a fatal gunshot wound.

The Sedgwick County Sheriff’s Office are still conducting an investigation of the incident.

No word on whether it was self inflicted or a criminal act.
