HUTCHINSON, Kan. — A 20-year-old South Hutchinson woman arrested a week ago for distribution of drugs has been formally charged.

Celia Clare Reid is now charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to distribute.

The arrest happened around 12:20 a.m. in the 1600 block of North Baker.

She was able to post bond. Her case now moves to a waiver-status docket.
