HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The Hutchinson Parks Department will open spray parks Monday, May 14.

The city has three parks: the Fairgrounds Park along Severance, the Avenue A Park and a new one located in Rice Park at 44 Swarens.

The parks are free and open from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.
