Stafford County accident sends 14-year-old to a Great Bend hospital

A 14-year-old Pawnee Rock boy was taken to a Great Bend hospital after the Ford F-150 he was driving crashed near the town of Radium in Stafford County.

According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, Wyatt Neeland was west bound on 150 th Street about a mile and a half from Radium when he hit a washboard area of the road, lost control, entered the north ditch and rolled the pickup two times.

He was wearing a seat-belt, however was transported to Great Bend Regional Hospital for treatment.

The accident occurring around 7:20 p-m Thursday afternoon.
