HUTCHINSON, Kan. — One of two people arrested early Saturday at a home in the 600 block of West 6th in a drug-related case was back before a judge to hear formal charges in another drug case from earlier this year.

Teri Builta has now been charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell on three different occasions this year. The first occurred on Aug. 15, the second two days later on Aug. 17, and the last on Sept. 25.

On each date, she is also accused of using a communications device to make the drug sale.

This case will move to a waiver-status docket, however, she will face another case from last weekend where police found 11 grams of methamphetamine, a digital scale, a number of prescription drugs and some pipes used to smoke drugs.

Builta was also found to have an outstanding warrant in Sedgwick County.

Trevor Hover was arrested for felony interference with law enforcement. Hover is well known to law enforcement.

In court, he was read a new complaint filed against him for possession of meth and drug paraphernalia for a case on Oct. 25. He is also awaiting sentencing for a number of other cases involving drugs.

Both remain jailed for the cases against them.
