A 30-year-old Hutchinson man arrested back in March for allegedly having a number of weapons and multiple meth labs was bound over in the case Thursday morning by Judge Joe McCarville.

Roberto Rincon was arrested March 21, on a warrant for being in possession of a firearm, a fully automatic machine gun. Allegedly, he was caught with the weapon back on March 10.

In the other case, he’s charged with manufacture of methamphetamine or in the alternative, attempted manufacture, then multiple other charges associated with manufacturing.

During his arrest, law enforcement allegedly found a black 380-caliber semi-automatic handgun on his person, a Glock 10 mm, semi-automatic handgun, a black colored assault rifle and a ballistic vest all recovered from the front rear passenger compartment areas of the vehicle.

The cases will now move to arraignment next month.

Rincon served 12-months in the past after he was found in contempt of court during an outburst in front of Judge Tim Chambers. He was in the process of being taken into custody, and allegedly had two guns on him, both loaded, with one allegedly being cocked and ready to fire. That was back in March of 2010. He served the 12-months and was released from the county jail on June 28 of last year.
