A 30-year-old Hutchinson man arrested back in March for allegedly having a number of weapons and multiple meth labs will get a new attorney after his current one, Mark Fletchall told Judge Joe McCarville that he has a conflict, although what the conflict is was not mentioned.

Also not known who will be assigned to the cases against Roberto Rincon. In any case, that means any further hearings being scheduled will depend on how long it will take a new attorney to get up to speed. This is the second time, there has been a change of attorney’s in these cases.

Rincon was arrested on March 21, on a warrant for being in possession of a firearm, a fully automatic machine gun. Apparently, he was caught with the weapon back on March 10.

In the other case, he’s charged with manufacture of methamphetamine, or in the alternative, attempted manufacture, then multiple other charges associated with the manufacture of meth.

During his arrest, law enforcement allegedly found a black 380-caliber semi-automatic handgun on his person. Then a Glock 10 mm, semi-automatic handgun, a black colored assault rifle, and a ballistic vest were all recovered from the front rear passenger compartment areas of the vehicle.

Rincon found himself in trouble when he was found in contempt of court during an outburst in front of Judge Tim Chambers. He was in the process of being taken into custody, and allegedly had two guns on him, both loaded, with one allegedly being cocked and ready to fire. That was back in March of 2010. He served 12-months and was released from the county jail on June 28 of last year.
