One of the 5-suspects arrested in association with the beating and stabbing of a Hutchinson man is scheduled to make a court appearance Friday on a community corrections violation for a previous case. This would be a first appearance on the violation.
Jordon LeShore is one of the men suspected in the stabbing and beating of Jeffrey Payne last month. He is facing a number of charges including attempted murder for that incident.
He has been on corrections for two convictions, one for a burglary back in 2009, and obstruction for a case from 2010.
He along with Sean Arevalo, Desmond Cantu, Troy Bell and Joseph LeShore were arrested for the attack on Payne back on February 18. They allegedly broke into Payne’s home and he was then physically attacked and stabbed numerous times in the leg and torso.
The hearing over his alleged community corrections violation is scheduled in front of Judge Joe McCarville.
