HUTCINSON, Kan. – A 16 year old was taken to Hutchinson Regional Medical Center Wednesday for treatment of his injuries after he was struck while riding his bicycle in the 400 block of South Plum.

The 81 year old driver of the vehicle, Clandie Pritchard of Hutchinson was cited for unsafe passing leading to his striking Eric G. Valleau.

The accident occurring just before 11:30 a.m.
