19-year-old Schuyler Willis has been sent to prison for around three and half years for his part on in the case where he and three others came to a home on south Reformatory, beat and robbed two individuals. That coming from Judge Tim Chambers on Thursday.

Willis was convicted of aggravated battery in the case. Him being sent to prison follows 19-year-old Derek Jaquez who was also sentenced to around three and half years in prison back in October. Judge Tim Chambers also handed down his sentence after stating his knowledge of how severly the victims had been beaten.

The two beaten were 22-year-old Corey Nemudrov and 21-year-old Nathan Carr. The crimes occurring back on July 23rd of 2010 in the front yard of the home at 212 S. Reformatory. One of the victims was transferred to a Wichita hospital due to the severity of his injuries and the other was hospitalized locally. Three of the four are then alleged to have gone into the home and stolen some electronic items.

24-year-old Gregory Simmons entered the plea earlier this year to one count of aggravated battery and conspiracy to commit aggravated battery and was granted 36-months community corrections on an underlying sentence of 63-months. 19-year-old Nathaniel Davis was sentenced to a total of 82-months in prison, but then granted 36-months community corrections.
