The three people arrested over the weekend in association with the burglary of a local home made appearance in court Monday in front of Judge Trish Rose.
34-year-old Eric Lamunyon and 22-year-old Christopher Mayberry are both charged with burglary of a dwelling and criminal damage. They were both arrested around 10:30 a-m, Sunday morning. A third person, 19-year-old Stormy Nelson of McPherson was charged with possession of stolen property.
Lamunyon was jailed on a bond of 5-thousand, 250-dollars and his request for a reduction was denied. That decision by the judge because of his prior criminal history.
Mayberry’s bond was set at 5-thousand dollars, however he is also being held on a probation violation, so his bonds total 8-thousand, 500-dollars, while Nelson’s at 500-dollars. All three are suspected on the burglary of a home at 1524 East 3rd, and all three are expected back in court Wednesday.
