KINGMAN – A 55-year-old Spivey woman was taken to a Wichita Hospital Tuesday after a two vehicle accident in Kingman County.

According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, Debra Cocherell was southbound on 10th Avenue while a semi driven by 38-year-old Juan Antonio Morales of Wichita was eastbound on 60th Street. The two vehicles collided in the middle of the intersection.

Cocherell was taken to Via-Cristi St. Francis Regional Medical Center in Wichita for treatment of her injuries. Morales was taken to the Kingman Community Hospital.

The accident occurring around 3 p.m., Tuesday about 6-miles south of Kingman.
