Two People Taken To The Hospital After Two Vehicle Accident

Hutchinson Police worked an accident at 4th & Adams during the noon hour on Thursday.

56-year-old Pamela S. Brown of Arlington was cited for failing to yield as she made a left turn off of 4th Street to go south on Adams. She was also cited for having no drivers license. Her vehicle was struck by an eastbound vehicle driven by 59-year-old Daniel J. Jackson of 1707 East Blanchard Lot 110, in Hutchinson.

Jackson was cited for no proof of insurance and driving while suspended.

Jackson and a passenger in Brown’s vehicle where transported to the Hutchinson Regional Medical Center for possible injuries. Reno County E-M-S had place a neck brace on Brown as a precaution.

That south part of the intersection of 4th & Adams was pretty much closed down, and police had Adams Street closed from 5th Street south through the intersection with 4th Street.

The accident reported around 12:25 p-m Thursday afternoon.
