HUTCHINSON, Kan. — USD 308, Hutchinson Public Schools, is seeking the public’s input.

The district is gathering community input on components related to a new school finance formula that will be developed during the 2017 session of the Kansas Legislature. The Legislature abolished the 1992 Kansas school finance formula two years ago and now must develop a new one.

USD 308 plans to submit the results of this 13-question survey to Gov. Brownback and area legislators.

The survey closes Nov. 16.
