TOPEKA, Kan. — Westar Energy customer advisers are assisting Low Income Energy Assistance Program (LIEAP) applicants over the upcoming weeks.

They will be in Hutchinson on two dates.
The first will be at the Salvation Army on Jan. 29. The second will be on Feb. 19. Times at both locations will be from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
