A 51-year-old Wichita man is jailed on a 12-thousand dollar bond after he was arrested on a Reno County warrant for an incident that occurred in the Cheney Lake area last summer.

Anthony Cruz is charged with two counts of aggravated battery, aggravated endangering of a child, and criminal damage.

He is alleged to have rammed his vehicle into another during a domestic altercation at the lake back on August 19. Apparently there was a child in the vehicle at the time of the incident.

With the charges filed, the case will move to a future waiver-status docket
