A Hutchinson woman suspected of being involved with murder suspect Billy Craig Jr., for conspiracy to commit a computer crime and identity theft has been bound over for trial

The state alleges that Kylie Hartman along with Craig anda third person, Kasey Pisoni made or attempted to make checks using a false identification and purchase a computer in furtherance of the conspiracy.

Police Detective Dean Harcrow testified Wednesday during the preliminary hearing that Craig had obtained four fake drivers licenses from someone named J-D in Wichita allegedly making them. Two had Craig’s picture, but with the names Taylor O’Neal and Chris McDonald on them, both supposedly from Wichita. Then the name Tawny Lockman were on both the licenses with Hartman and Pisoni’s pictures.

The plan was to use the fake licenses and the fake checks, buy merchandise at various stores around the state, then later take the merchandise back for the cash.

Kasey Pisoni who lives in Stafford testified that it was Craig’s idea, but says it never actually happened. She said they had talked about it, but didn’t know he had gotten the licenses until after the fact. As for the checks, she never saw them, and Harcrow testified that they never found them either.

With Hartman being bound over, she’ll be arraigned on the charges in front of Judge Tim Chambers on December 5.

Pisoni made an agreement with the state where she would testify in the case and the state dropped the conspiracy to commit a computer crime against her and she entered a plea to conspiracy to commit identity fraud. She still awaits sentencing.
